Parking Management Survey

The City of Boroondara Parking Management Policy was adopted in 2006 and has not been reviewed or changed in 11 years. The Council is now asking for feedback from the public through the form of a survey released on Boroondara’s website. Open until 13 June 2017 5pm you can have your say on how parking policy should be made. The objectives of the new Parking Management Policy procedures are to “provide a framework to manage public parking within the municipality in an equitable manner, guide investigations by officers.

In response to parking concerns raised by the community and stakeholders, manage public parking for various users, provide an equitable use of parking, and provide for disability parking.” With many traders, customers and residents struggling with the current parking situation in the area this could be the start of improvements we have all been waiting for.
